Meet the Founder

For more than a decade, Diana Montero has used her experience as a facilitator, investigator, and consultant to improve the DEI and EEO business environment in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and beyond. Diana is certified as an anti harassment trainer in the state of Maryland, obtained her MBA in Human Resources Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration. This demonstrates the passion behind her profession.
